What are your payment terms for subcontractors?
We typically operate on a **Net-30** basis from the date of a verified completion photo upload. For high-volume preferred partners, we offer accelerated **Net-15** terms to help manage your local overhead.
What insurance limits do I need to maintain?
To work on our national accounts, we require a minimum of $1M General Liability, $1M Auto, and Workers' Compensation as per your state requirements. We will need to be named as 'Additionally Insured' on your COI.
Do I need my own equipment?
Yes, we look for partners who are fully self-sufficient. This includes bucket trucks, ladders, welding equipment (if applicable), and professional-grade hand tools. If specialized equipment like a 100ft crane is needed, we can often coordinate the rental as part of the project fee.
